You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information to list or claim a boat, save searches, follow boats, or request an estimate. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Listings and claims

Free listings are available. You must have authority to advertise a boat and provide accurate descriptions, pricing, contact information, and availability. Submissions and claims are reviewed before changes are published. We may reject or remove inaccurate, unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content. A claim request does not establish legal ownership.

Premium listings

Optional premium placement is planned at $49 for 30 days. Premium checkout is not yet available and no premium payment is collected through the current forms. When available, placement will expire after 30 days without automatic renewal. You can cancel placement at any time; any applicable refund terms will be displayed before checkout.

Boat records and transactions

Topjib provides marketplace listings and public vessel records. A registration record is not an offer for sale and may be outdated. Registry associations do not verify current ownership or a boat’s physical location. Topjib is not the seller, broker, insurer, or guarantor of boats shown on the site. Buyers and sellers arrange their own transactions and must independently check identity, condition, title, liens, registration, and payment.

Estimates and saved items

Free estimates compare advertised asking prices. They are approximate, may use limited data, and are not appraisals or guarantees of sale value. Following a boat or saving a search does not reserve a boat or guarantee availability. Email alerts are not currently active.

Acceptable use

Do not post content you lack rights to share, misuse contact information, harass others, submit false claims, access another person’s account, or interfere with the service. You give Topjib permission to store and display content you submit to operate your listing and the service.

Privacy, communications, and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Optional marketing preferences are managed on the Communication Preferences page and start off. We may update these terms; the effective date identifies the current version. Material account-policy updates may require a new acknowledgment.
